Alpinamed Black Garlic Oil is a culinary oil made from aged black garlic (Kuro Ninniku) and rice bran oil rich in γ-oryzanol.
Ageing gives the garlic a mellow, umami flavour, ideal for seasoning meat, vegetables, pasta or marinades. The oil naturally contains linoleic acid, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels as part of an adequate daily intake.
