Our driver, Yves, delivers to homes, offices and residences in Cologny and the surrounding communes. The area currently covered is shown below; if your address is just outside it, call us and we will see what we can do.

Products from our online shop (supplements, skincare, oral hygiene, home products) can also be shipped by post anywhere in Switzerland. Prescription medicines are delivered by our own driver only, so that a member of our team hands them over in person.

How to order a delivery

2. Pharmacist check. We validate the prescription, check interactions and stock, and call you if anything needs clarifying.
3. Confirmation. We confirm the delivery time and the amount to pay, if any.
4. Delivery. Your order arrives in a sealed, discreet bag. Bring the original paper prescription to the door if we asked for it.

Your medicines are packed in a sealed bag with no indication of the contents. Our driver is bound by the same confidentiality as the rest of the pharmacy team, and we can leave a parcel with a neighbour or concierge only if you have authorised it in advance.
